I worked in Winggs for 8 months. I was hired as a Content Writer but forced to serve as a Dispatcher. I was not well paid. They gave me nothing extra for another job. My manager's were toxic. I was never appreciated. I was forced to come on weekends and I wasn't paid for that. No OT was given to me. Cab services are very expensive. No holidays whether Indian or US, not even Holi or Diwali & Christmas or New Year. If they give a holiday they deduct money from salary! The HR of this company is very Clever & lier. There is no job security they can fire anytime for no reason. No notice period is given. I need to fight to get my experience letter and advance salary. I suggest you to join Logistics in Mohali....Read More
