Its worst project and management, They don’t have good project for better skills development. They are just spoiling the future of employees.
Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)
Management is more inclined towards customer satisfaction on the cost of employee health , secondly management gives false promises/commitment .

Job security is good here. If you are planning to work in a location for long time then its the right place to work.
Appraisal process is very time taking. As I experienced, the rating was done 5 months back and the process took more than 1 month to complete but the appraisal is still not effective. I believe the appraisal process should aslo be completed within the fixed timeline as other tasks and training..
Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
The learning and upgrade myself, is the most perfect part of wipro, Company can give you the time to grow and upgrade your knowledge.
The appraisal and promotion.

Salary on time.
No ethics and integrity. Even HR , Ombuds follow management decisions. Upper management steals idea from Associates and represent them to Clients.
Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
It has a good resource for training that too in some top technologies. Wipro spends much on training of its associates. I possess a huge repsect about it. Opportunities are good in projects. Work life balance is good.
Salary. If talk about WILP, its salary is mere less than that of a common labourer.
Work policy: Currently WFH all the days, but will be called to office to follow Hybrid culture in upcoming days. But no information yet.
Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
