Pramotion and Salary increment worst.. When we ask salary increment and band pramotion to manager and project DM , PM he told complete the training post completion the mapped training... After he told take another work for band pramotion..I agreed for the same but ..after getting new update from PM and senor people we can not given band pramotion... Bad 😞😞

Overall experience us horrifying as the process UHG is filled with unworthy n biased pople . The voice process is the worst there.

Haven’t received a salary increase in years and that the company doesn’t recognise hard work. Management team lacks of expertise and execute projects work environment. Soma Dey is very poor and that they spend more time cleaning doing IT works.

Gives very less salary compared to other organizations. As a post graduate me who working in the organization felt many times that for the sum of salary I'm working more than 13-14 hrs with transport. How many years you work you only get less hike. The company doesn't give money as per living standard of the city.

Wipro's upper management, especially DMs and ADHs, act like absolute dictators. Most of them, entrenched in their roles for over 20 years, are from South India and run the show as if they own the place. They thrive on pressurizing employees, exploiting every ounce of energy without a shred of concern for growth or well-being. The HRdepartment is a complete joke—far from offering any support, they shamelessly side with the management. Raise a concern? Your message will be leaked straight to your DM or ADH, making matters worse for you. It's a toxic cycle of fear and suppression. And forget about learning anything technical here.
