They make fake promises about salary and increment. The salary u get will be much lower than you expect, even if you calculate it properly. Bonuses promised will never be delivered accurately, atleast 20k less than promised every quarter. Some of my colleagues have not got a hike even after 2.5 years. Their salary and pay structure is terrible to say the least. It is no wonder their attrition is 54% They also have longer working hours than most IT companies and you have to wait for atleast 45 mins after working longer hours to get cabs....Read More
