The only thing is salary and work satisfaction at the end of the day I think lack of promotions /hikes are the major drawbacka

No Hikes- hike is just 3-5 % with low package, No promotions, Only Politics.. If they want us they will give lot of work to us. The only thing good about WIPRO is you can get promoted to the L2 roles quickly

Dislikes

The pay structure of WIPRO is very very poor for non tech bg. With the salary it is important to survive in tier 1 city. You cant expect more than 12k as a fresher and for the same/similar roles companies like Accenture, Cognizant, Virtusa, Consentrix pay you far more better then Wipro and that is the major reason for the attrite rate
