Need help in negotiation
My current in-hand is 80k/m (9.5 LPA) in a product based company. Got an offer of 15 LPA (13.5 LPA fixed) from Wipro in Bengaluru. However, I currently stay at home and the office is very close. so everything is saved. What should I do? Should I negotiate with wipro for a higher salary (how much) or should I ask for a hike at my current organisation or should I keep on looking for other opportunities? Info: role is ML engineer 3 YOE in current organisation. The total YOE is 6 years.

Likes: Maybe the work culture the colleagues were really good. Managers too. But end of the day the quality of the work was not good. We did not get a good handson projects.

Dislikes: Client location (ICICI BANK) of thane is horrible and also the managers are very biased based on religion. Also no work flexibility is given to people travelling from very far nor travel allowances are given. Also the Vantage points are distributed among the favourites of managers or goes into their own pocket.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)
Likes: There is nothing to like abiut this company, this is the worst company be it for fresher or experience.
They kick you out if you fell terminally ill or force you to resign. Dislikes: Everything, If you fell ill they will force you to resign or at least try they know they gonna be in big trouble.
Nobody tries to get you project but after 3 months they will try to stop your paycheck because of their 45 days pool policy.
