Company hires candidates for immediate position, which is not lasting of 6 months. Hr told lie to Candidates that role is permanent. After finishing project move to bench. Within 45 days you need to search on project if you don't get a project then you will move to LOP. It will within 3 months exit. The most dangerous things is whatever location you had hired no matter for your job you have to relocate which is hidden when you joined. The management didn't answer you when you need help. If you're lucky you can project for at least one year....Read More

I worked with the UK client where my Wipro manager is also from UK. It was the best working experience in my entire IT journey. Apart from this I worked with a USA client where my team and delivery head were very supportive but I didn’t find healthy work culture due to client.

No help from managers we will be given two managers and they throw back and forth this happened to me within a week of joining no proper system no proper guidance no buddy to ask questions about wipro systems

Project is not overloading. Ample amount of teammates will there. Teammates are supporting nature.

Anytime ramp down can happen with any anyone which makes you hurt after serving nicely in the project. No reason to release person from project because all depends upon client and company strategy which most of the company do but you can retain in some other project in same client or different client.

45 days bench policy. It is very difficult to get into the project within 45 days most of the time. After 45 days HR may start the exit process or you will be Loss of Pay for the remaining 45 days. Some of my friends left and afraid to join Wipro due their bench policy. Do not recommend 8+ years experience resources to join Wipro due to their Bench policy.Since this policy is not very transparent even you try outside, the other companies HR won't understand the situation. They will stop ur salary after 45 days in bench and best part is if u get a project after maybe 10 days of LOP, they will keep you on LOP for another 20 days(as name of BGV) and don't pay you for one month salary. In wipro NP is 90 days that means u need to serve 90 days before leaving but company will give u 45 days bench. Don't join this company if you have any other offer in your hand.
