1. GET dominance is more, they behaves with senior employees like they are a 'Jamai' of company 2. GET',s even don't know how to behave, they don't have basis eticates but management treats them like a new born baby. 3. Salary increments are not up to the mark, a employee who is work with Wirtgen from last 12+ yrs his package is below 9 LPA. 4. There is no any senior and junior employees infront of GET's 5. If anyone wants to join a company then plz join as a GET against of joining AM and DM, because GET's have more freedom and more facilities than manager. 6. Work culture good ( review based on our team) Increment growth are good comparison with other companies. Leave policy is well.

Most dislike things are No one check ground base scenario but only managers don't want escalation from customer end. Also don't care customer site challenges. Don't see all employees equality. After closing annual if target done more than 100% they will trying to business reduction and giving bla-bla reason.
