Counter part they are working since a long time and creating a toxic culture in the company (they only know escalations but don't know how to go ahead as a team) , kind of dictatorship, without timelines they work, will not reply to Indian folks most of time. 3.) Phenomenal work like balance, very kind & technically sound colleagues, I'm talking about the European colleagues I had as I didn't had any teammates from India.

Dislikes

The Indian management is very selfish & always wants to make this into another Atos & a very service oriented company, which is where they all came from. Need the same European management values in India as well. Also the office location, the building itself has no facilities of their own & feels very cheap.
