It was amazing days in Writer. It was a company bestowed its success to employees!
Nothing to dislike. But few introspection within HR. HR leadership team was never aligned to Senior Leadership team in designing employee engagement programs. There were plenty of Training conducted but never bothered to measure ROI! Top management was kind enough giving big budget for engagements , L&D, etc...not really utilised properly & justified the utilisation.

too much work pressure, un-realistic targets, too much micro management that it kills innovation and creativity, no work life balance - mgt. expects you to respond to mails even during weekends, no flexibility in hygiene policies like work from home or even flexi working, 6 days week, leaves are pre-fixed and suffixed if you take them before or after a holiday
I have worked in Writer not for a long time but for few month's. It was very nice job. I have come to learn many things in the short period. Employee get the salary at time. Friendly nature. Growth and increment in salary and a wide scope for getting promotion.
ATMO are paid less but the officer incharge get a respective salary.
