Good working Environment, Employees help each other, value you as an individual and helps in your learning, Free Cab service, Flexible timings and hybrid working mode (3+2), great off shore clients like Microsoft and Ford.

Dislikes

Shifts are bad as they have 3 shifts - Morning (06:30 AM to 3:30 PM), Mid (11:30/12:30 to 08:30/9:30 PM) and Night Shift (08:30 PM to 5:30 AM) Promotion and Increment opportunity is bad. And Notice Period is worse : 60 days or 90 days.

training, there is no transparency in the appraisal and promotions, lot of politics, nothing to learn, pathetic work environment look like cellular jail, hell work-life balance, you never know when they change their policy for leaves, breaks, work from home, separation, etc, management looks insecure. they know if they soft their policy for separation, the floor will soon get empty.
