The only plus point is they provide you cab for transport and meal at night

Dislikes

The biggest drawback is job security, Managers are here boss and they can fire anyone without warning. There are lots of politics involve and they only promote people who say Yes to what Managers said. HR is here just for no issue and they cannot do anything irrespective of whatever concern you raise. There are lots of Micromanagement in the organization.

NO JOB SECURITY: They can fire anyone anytime. HR will come to your desk and will say please pack your bags and leave. POOR MANAGEMENT: This company needs an experienced manager with proper certifications to be able to manage the team. Existing managers are dictatorships with no professional behaviour.
