I am currently working in UK project. So, I would like to say UK work culture is better than any other in every way. Hence, as per my current experience work life balance is good. Though you may have to fight a bit for a good salary package and prove yourself deserving for it.

Salary package is not as good as it should be. Management tries to convince people with the least package that they can offer even if the client has given a wider range for package. My designation had offer of 28 lacs from client end but I was offered only 14 lacs. So it seems to me that the HR and management not much concerned withthe standard and qualification of employees. I myself had to fight much for the package while joining, which actually made me unsure about joining the organisation....Read More
