There is no personal life, they never give your personal time. They trained you in different LOB and want you to work all day, they want to utilized your each second. There is no job security and unrealistic quality of 98% which is not achieved by any of there most senior processor.

No extra benefits. Lots of politics in promotion also in production. You will do lot off work they will not consider what you are doing. They give you more work. I am only talking about my process which Issuance process here.
