Number 1 company in not paying salary , incentive and OT amount. Not a single Indian holidays .Only 1 holiday per year. (US holiday in this also they threaten you to work or lose job)

Such a cheap and fraud company. At the time of interview HR said there is rotational shift after joining am doing continue night shift so I asked my manager about shift change then hi said there is no change in shift here is only US shift. Not sometimes every day u need to extend ur shift there are too much shift extension u need to do 15hrs shift

No help from them. In this time they are even not bothering you're problem they are not giving even basic pay out to people people are working whole night but 1 k 2 k salary in the name of that they havent achieved targets. I feel there should be basic pay out to employees who all are at least working with you. You're operations are taking place because of you're employees who all are taking initiative and working from home in this time taking systems on rent and working. But they don't value of that.
