Dirty politics, loose talks, gossips, toxic culture.

I am working in the HR team of Xebia at Gurgaon location. There are Fake PIPs for the people who are not required in the system. Only dirty politics. Worst professional culture. You will deal with loose talks, backbitching and gossips from a senior AVP lady in HR in Gurgaon location. You will learn how to deal with a lady gang who spoil the professional and personal image of others for saving their own jobs. Multiple complaints are given to leadership team about this unprofessional HR lady (Priyanka Kalia) but nothing happened because she is protected by the top management. Company makes fake good reviews on Glassdoor and social media, so don't come into their trap. They can fire anyone at any time by creating fake performance issues without giving any notice. Very bad organisation, seniors are not good including team leaders and ops manager. Many people who work have DIRTY POLITICS AND EGOISTIC mindset. Show off is the attitude that seniors carry. WORST LEADERSHIP SKILL. CHEAP!. Half of the people who are giving good rating must be a part of flattering their bosses, participating in very dirty politics. HR females are taking advantage wrong of women empowerment. Downright evil and shameless. They play victim card that they are women or single mother. The office location was convenient and facilities were adequate. Additionally my colleagues were friendly and supportive. Salary gets credited on time without fail.

Dislikes

My trust on the management was shattered. Job security was virtually non existent, with employees on the bench facing constant fear of termination without notice. The bench manager and HR communication was abysmal, often resorting to late-night or early-morning calls without prior notice. Management is very untrusted here they are always busy in giving you false commitment. 95% projects are short term projects here so it's unsuitable for those seeking career growth. Specially if you want to make career in mobile development then this is not the right choice for you. Appraisals are very bad in Xebia. Yearly you can expect only 2-3% hike. On the account of cost cutting there are no parties since last 2 years. Management and HRs will not respond you until and unless you don't send many emails and messages to them. They have their own swag. The official notice period is 3 months.
