Career growth and working opportunities are good enough based on the performance. Good incentives & (over-)disciplined environment avoiding unprofessional culture/behaviours.
No work-life balance. No planned work schedule. Managers want their work done as soon as it strikes their mind. Egoistic management, they really need to learn managing skills. Ass-kissing India team managers making their own teams suffer due to pompous US management. Lot of times have to work for 12-15 hours in a day, IT team has to work on most of the weekends due to unnecessary projects planned on weekends and holidays. No Indian holidays, only 8 US holidays out of which hardly 3-4 are actually given. I got many appreciation from clients and users but not appreciated by management till drawing resignation. No training, no learning opportunities. No stable processes, processes keep changing very frequently & on adhoc-basis increasing work-pressure. Work-environment is very negative due to frequent terminations, inappropriate actions on minor mistakes. Overtime incentives are good but provoking the unhealthy environment due to some greedy people spoiling the work-culture for earning extra money. Mobiles are not allowed on work-floor and monitor kept for monitoring employees to not letting chit-chatting with anyone. Strict action for the same are taken. Very limited break timings, which are monitored and accordingly cuttings done in variable pay.
I spoiled my health due to hectic work schedule.
