They have given some good trainings thats all about good side of Xoriant.

Dislikes

I worked there 3 years and one thing I can give assurance is very low job security. The projects are volatile, you might be a good performer but still you might get released due to budget issues. Promotion and appraisals are very bad. Even if you get good ratings continuously you will have adjust 3 - 5% hike. There is no work culture in the company unless your in Pune office

One area where I feel there’s room for improvement is the type of projects and technologies available. I would like to work on more innovative and challenging projects that align with current industry trends and provide greater opportunities for professional growth.

Job roles are sometimes assigned without considering employees skills and profiles, which can impact both their effectiveness and job satisfaction. Additionally, maintaining work-life balance is a chanllenge, as extended hours and weekend support go unrecognised. A stronger focus on employee appreciation and respect from higher management would create a more positive work culture.
