Honestly, I wish there was something but it's nothing. The company is a sham.
Xoxoday feels like entering a three-ring circus with headless animals running around trying to make sense of things. The company does not let you grow, thrive, and learn. Favoritism, no vision, and crass language are thrown around casually. One of the founders, Manoj, desperately wants to turn the company into a modern-day SaaS company, however, his language, work ethos, and behavior will never take Xoxoday there. He also does a cleanse and repeat with his teams–the marketing teams have been wiped out and hired fresh every two years, and he thrives on it. No one should ever join Xoxoday unless they don't value themselves because you'll be wiped out and accumulate non-existing mental health issues. Entrepreneurial culture with no micro-management whatsoever. Not a normal company for one who wants to be just a good employee and not an entrepreneur. Real companies are the ones that pave the wave while managing their employees with better culture, well-being and growth.
I think I don't have an eye to find dislikes in everything, so repeating it here: Xoxoday is not for everyone and not everyone is for Xoxoday. You have to change your behaviour, and personality to continue working here because with an old mindset you can't survive.

The culture, pay, perks and benefits, and the growth opportunities are both immense and transparent. The cofounders are easily accessible and place a lot of importance on being proudly people-first. They also walk the talk and are appreciative of honesty. Overall, there is a lot of work satisfaction.
It has been a good journey for me so far. Nothing to complain about.

Nothing !! There is no training given by any expert, no job security. Appraisal are very poor as they are Agarwal’s. Politics is played by the higher management, work environment is too dull and there is no innovation, none of the employees is confident about the product. Sales team is selling just to complete their target.

Well, I can't recall any good thing about working at xoxoday. Yes I got exposure being in a junior level marketing role but that is not something I would count on because that's happened out of survival factor which is a sick feeling.
Well, being an educated person if you are willing to work in a typical "kirana ki dukaan" then this place is for you. we all know when it comes to working in a start up we should not mind for unexpected targets and there is no such word called work life balance. I did not like the company treated their employees. There is no Job Security. How much hard work you do but founder and co founder is not going to motivate their team. There are a loads of miscommunication and misunderstanding due to few team members and old staff always get leverage to share their person feedback which spoils the employee image.
I actually liked very much when I have joined Xoxoday but later i realised that XOXODAY is just another unorganised organisation. There is no proper process and sops to drive the Operations successfully.
