If you are on project then you don't have any work life balance , and if u are on bench u don't have job security. This company can put you in any domain or u have to find another job eg switching from Java to Salesforce

They are cheting people by saying wfh option is there and after joining they will ask to come office compulsory. Company will fire it's employees after 3 month on bench I have seen people 300+ employees are fire

It is not for developers, future for just tecnical support, devops and admin professions this company is good. No future for developer. Working on very old projects so not that much project wise learning. Also your job is not secured, too much layoffs happen.

Think 10000 times before joining this garbage company. If you have other opportunities, consider that. HR Team is just puppies of management. Company policy is just for showcase. No job security. No Appraisal for yrs. Company will terminate without reason/justification when they have no project. Manager torment subordinates even after doing 12 hrs work from morning till night. Mgr force you to come in office even on weekends, and harassing you till you give up. Company has no value of employees. Useless to join such organisation. If you resign, company won't pay your 3month salary for notice period and your leaves will all be deducted. If you take leave during urgency.. IRM will reject, all your hardworking for years means nothing to this fraud company. At the end what you will get is harassment & only harassment....Read More
