You dont need to work on weekends. Bank culture, everything is others problem, pass it to next table.

Bank culture, so everything is stuck. No work gets done easily. You spend almost more than 50hrs in weekdays, so you dont get to work on week end. Also same reason, no life balance. You just live. I dont even wanna talk about IT, hardware assets or management, or food and most important Japanese culture. Security guard has more right than you. He will thrash you like he is boss. They have strict adherence to break timings. 10-10:15Am morning break, 1-2pm lunch break, 330-4pm tea break. Useless canteen, no options to eat. Decent cafeteria and snacking options. You have to write name in register if you defer above mentioned timings. They collect mobile outside, for externals. Everything is process. Process process and process. You can experience plant culture here....Read More
