Likes: The work-life balance is good, and the training and upskilling opportunities are plenty.
Dislikes: The top management is apathetic whereas the middle management is clueless. Hiring is definitely not their strong suite, partly due to a lack of clear mission, vision and objectives. At core Zee is not a technology company, there is a lot of push back from the business to Data Science at least.

Likes: The working culture is good and helps you work and improve your skillset, both personal and technical. Also the colleagues are very co-operative and helpful sometimes going beyond their call of duty to help you figure out a problem solving output. Very satisfied with the companies employee policies and code of conduct.
Dislikes: So far I felt like they could improve on the promotional factor that sometimes may be considered only on the basis of projects you dealt and connections within the company.
