The company is management is open to innovation and latest technological developments. Everyone gets an opportunity to explore the opportunity clouds. I would consider it as one of the best company for fresher's who are willing to learn about the business. Being an EOU, company has a global client base resulting in opportunity to travel abroad (provided some people are asked to sign contracts before every visit). The issue with the growth is that the thought process of the top management is not clear to the immediate subordinates and hence in order to show off about their work, they work in haphazard manner.
Dislikes
#. Other than top management, most of the senior level management people are obsessed with their designations. These ego clashes sometimes reaches such a level that people won't even hesitate to threaten their subordinates about spoiling their career.
#. Salary hike is moreover dependent on your last one month performance before the appraisal instead of performance throughout the year.
#. If someone has left the company, their achievements aren't ever discussed instead their laggings are emphasized in front of other employees.
Work
I had a very exciting but challenging job during my tenure. Got really very versatile role and worked closely on fields with various experts. Support was superb from the top management and I was always encouraged by the team towards innovative ideas.
