There is too much difference between the engineering teams and the other teams, be it in terms of benefits, compensations even just respect. While the implementation team were the front facing team to the clients, our efforts were not really recognised. No ESOPs, no bonus etc for our team. Not that we were not into codes :) basically the whole attention was to the folks actively writing codes :)

- Slow moving teams - A few people at leadership level are difficult to work with - Top down culture. Expectation to visit office everyday.

1. Lack of clarity 2. No direction from Manager & leader 3. Poor appraisal 4. No longer a product company as it was use to before HDFC partnership. 5. Daily work from office policy 6. Only business matters not people 7. Arrogance attitude by leadership team - My way or highway 8. Low performant systems 9. No celebration, max you canexpect a cake cutting by irritating client team member on some milestones. 10. Cheap cost cutting strategy - Removal of fruit basket, year end gifts, 10gm dryfruit pack on Diwali, approval & permission for even a single pen notebook etc. 11. Car lease policy conditions are such that you have to wait more than a year to get benefit. There are many more but lets stop here only. NOTE - Once a ZETA was a great company but now I would not recommend anyone to join here and ruin your career....Read More
