1. Zifo help their employees to maintain good worklife balance 2. In Zifo everyone will get opportunity to speak freely or discuss freely irrespective of who is present in front. 3. Small talks, fun, annual trip, festival celebration, team lunch with teammates are the reason to love Zifo, which acts as a family most of the time.

Dislikes

1. Only 25 WFH option in whole year. 2. Recently they stopped hiring and giving promotions to the existing ones. 3. No bonus in Diwali or in any other festival. 4. Massive office politics and also partiality to the locals as the company and its 70% employees are from TN.

Work life balance is not encouraged much. Leadership team is highly driven and seem to work a lot all the time. That is the example that they set too. So Ppl who work extended hours and on weekends receive more opportunities, since personal boundaries are misunderstood as the employee being unavailable/ unapproachable/ rude at times. Though the environmen is not politicised and I can expect fair play most times, there is sometimes personal bias also coming in terms of opportunities. If I take some time off, I don't feel as welcome when I am back, leads me to feel a bit guilty. Sometimes a little too much hand-holding by leads happening, where they don't trust us or let us fail and learn from mistakes. Second guessing/ questioning ever suggestion idea or decision someone takes does not help them become independent reliable contributor because it just dampens the confidence. The leadership memebers are very good and sometimes I get the feeling they are a little closed towards me and i can never be as good as them. Growth gets stunted after mid level. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> The workload and volume of responsibilities are very high does not match salary growth which is predictably very slow</mark>....Read More
