As far as overtime is concerned it's based on you are not delivering work on time and taking lots of leaves. Let me correct you on 5 days working, we have alternate Saturdays off. Well, we at Zithas strongly believe in "You Grow We Grow", and give everyone an equal opportunity to learn and grow. But for a few it's hard to do self-learning, we think you might be one of them.

In reference to the head-down scenario, it appears that HR interprets this as a potential indication that you are using your phone without paying attention, thus you receive a warning that this is a common occurrence in an IT company. For these concerns, we don't believe this platform can fully address your issues. If you had discussed this with HR, you might have found a solution.
