I am team manager in Zovian Technologies Company, main reason is to writing this review is some our organization employees/unknown peoples are publishing bad comments about the company it's totally untruthful/Making false allegation about company. Note :- Every poor performer was portrait bad impression about company, even it's in any organization. Screening in interview is just to know employee knowledge only. It takes 3 to 6 months to review a employee performance. Here performance only will decide He/She is getting hike, bench, resign or Terminate. Management is giving right salary to the skillful person, many chances and opportunities are given to improve their skills as well. After giving many chances still who didn't want to gain knowledge with basics even are only been pushed to such scenario without any option left, you only just want to improve yourself....Read More

This is fake company charging money form each and every person including team leaders also they don't give salary it is not a company

I paid 2.5 lakhs to consultancy, but my friend paid 70k only .while joining they say 4Lpa is package but they give 16300/-only .if you work for 6months they give only one or two salaries they don't create salary account ,they don't create PF account,don't give hikes ,simply they give laptop worth 10k or 15k please don't join ,we wasted 6months time and 2.5lakh money
