Dislikes: Work-life balance is very poor. A normal day starts at 11 AM (Morning) and ends up at 1 AM (Night). Company's culture is bottoms up (Mostly driven according to the Teams) rather being driven from the Top and therefore lacs Transparency
Dislikes: The work culture is worse here. Manager give KT and says I have done my work and now it's your responsibility to handle the entire work. No support is provide and job security is a nightmare.Manager pressurize every now and then for work.
