Job timing issue Manager is telling to overtime and next day come on time And they are telling us that you have to do what we want and if not possible you can leave job. That's behaviour of our manager

This organization work culture is very bad. Also most staff work 11to 12hr a day also sale executive staff working. Loading unloading after closing shift time. This very bad for employees. He is not hiring. Staff for loading unloading staff . ...

They didn't recognise the deserve candidate for promotion to grow. Work time also not maintain. In time is ok but outtime not fixed

There is the rack of 25 staff only due to which we have tk worke more than 12 hrs due to which i have to go to my PG at 1 am alone. 0 employee benefits. Got transferred to 4 different stores when company needed but when i wanted for serious issue i have to wait to complete my q year.

Please do not make the mistake of joining Zudio. The level of stock manipulation and cheating, stealing excess cash collection is unbelievable. Nobody will believe you, it is not a listening organisation, all feedback is taken from the Store Manager, everybody else's opinion is of no use. HR is of no use either, do not join here whatsoever. It's nothing what TATA represents.

Micro management Long working time Heavy work load No support from operations Very much politics Not recommended very micro management is very bed, seniors not talking in right way, they visit and shawting on floor in front of customer and floor staff, very bed experience , only name of tata, nothing is good.
