No salary delay and good place for freshers

Dislikes

No work life balance, very odd shift timings eg 1:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 5 days work from office. Favoritism and specific gender preference. Supervisors do not let you apply for your own leave but swap it with your weekly offs and end up working 9-10 days straight for the next week off.

Dislikes

Only drawback is Night Shift rest all good. For Transport users Work Life balance is not good especially for long distance employees. Cab will arrive before 2 1/2 login hours. Total 11 - 12 hours in work including 8hour shift . We need to stay atleast 1 year for promotions . Most of the IT roles they hire within the company . Overall 247.ai is the best BPO in Bangalore.

Dislikes

247 is not at all good place to work if some one is looking for good salary and carrier, because from my personal experience of 3+ Years here, they don't offer good salary and ECOP (incentive) is a very big scam here. Lot of favouritism and corporate politics here. But if you're just looking to build your skills you can definitely learn thing's here. But believe me guys there are lot of other options and opportunities outside there. Don't join here without researching and you can see lot of negative reviews to this company. Main concern is salary, as it's not at all good. Other companies are giving a very good package for freshers as well. Please re consider before joining here.

Dislikes
