    There is no growth as well as salary increment only Rs - 400/- yearly, whatever your salary is. If you have jack in this company then there will be increment of 3000 rupees no matter you are skilled or not.

    Some of higher level people are so Supportive and there management is so good to overall project Delivery on time like project manager and Team lead

    This is a contact centre for FHPL insurance TPA, they deduct salaries for all employees, unable to handle process, unprofessional manners, unsatisfactory work, too much call flow because it is a medical insurance for corporate companies executive, delay in process from backend, due to this escalation and concequense facing by agents. Ops manager is not supportive.

    Some people are friendly and they will support at their limits.

    Dislikes

    ...They cannot provide TA DA timely, you have to put your own salary to field trips. They always said don't disclose salary info to others and don't ask other salary it's like confidential I don't no about their problem. Especially gurgaon office location project heads and team leaders throughout North and South they cannot support you, if you are joined from their reference they will support you. May be these are small things for some people for me it's not good.
