...The pay parity at its worst, the intern/trainee is paid more than the assistant manager and at the end of the training period will be promoted to become the deputy manager, making her the senior of the people who trained them in the first place, (Jitni gaaliyaan aati hain dedo). The CHRO weirdly looks at women making g them feel miserable amd uncomfortable. The General Counsel is loony and nutjob as she hates it when the team is bonding, she hates it when the team has lunch together, she has a problem if you want to take a leave - before taking a leave, even if it is for one day, there will be a discussion that shall last from 50 to 90 minutes (depends if you just let her talk nonstop it will end in 50 to 60 minutes, but if you defend yourself or answer back it may last up to 90 to 100 minutes) because she loves argument. Also, don't try to take this up with management or the CFO (both are useless), they will pretend to hear all your problems and assure you that they will take care of the issues, and make amends but in reality they will just go and tell the whole thing to the general counsel and she will use this information to make your life miserable.
