Accenture being a multi national company has all the norms and regulations like inclusion in diversity and LGBT, Vaahini etc. They are quite strict about ethics and compliance.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Accenture has succumbed to the market pressure and started with single digit yearly hike. There is no mid tearm appraisal, you have to wait a whole year for next appraisal. You are constantly compared with your peers, highly competitive environment and worst part is favoritism exists, your hard work gets unnoticed in front of someone who is your boss's favorite. People with less caliber get opportunities and deserving people do not get anything.

...y to work where they work good recognition to employees and even perks as well But on similar side don't expect variable pay from their side, rest all factors are good apart from variable pay.

If you perform well then you don't have to worry about Hike and bonus. You'll get good hike regularly when compared to other companies.

The work life balance is not much as expected. The work load will be high such that you yourself will work more than 9 hours.

It's not the best company but good for initial phase of career. Clients are good and there are onsite opportunities.

Being a service company , package is not good and you will not be treated like an asset.

... far as I know among service based companies, Accenture appraisal is far better.You get a good amount in a hike and also variable bonus.As an employee you get enough medical coverage.
