When skilled employees doing great job and projects, management gives appreciation in mailbox but same employees asked for hike Appraisal and promotion then management show you that you're not efficient and should work hard and don't think about promotion.. And promotions are given to those how is only favourite to Supervisor and management without any skills or projects

...t was covid pandemic time otherwise would have left this company in one month. Salary is never on time it is always a delay by 15 days every month.

Good work environment and scope of learning is more

The employee who join as a third party is not having good salary, bonus, internet /light bill expenses and career growth. Need to minimize the third party payroll and increase Accenture payroll. It will help to enhance tenure of the employee. Minimize cost on training part.

...moting manager which indeed affects the managing of the other people in project. Whenever we get into Accenture for compensation discussion just negotiate for Fixed salary based on that how much variable is there its your benefit.

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also
