1. Salary on time 2. Position such as Process trainer, Management trainee, and ER has no work. People in such positions always found in cafeteria and enjoying a lot. Actually, these positions are not required, company wasting their time and money.

Dislikes

1. No proper Cafeteria and poor food quality. 2. Management is worst, not focussing on employees career and training program. 3. No education assistance or certification. Company providing leap training only to some selected associates, but has no value in the Market. Also, the trainers are worst and their communications are poor. 4. Unnecessary job titles for band 1 employees i.e., Associate Client partner => Client Partner => Sr Client Partner => Client Specialist => Sr Client Specialist => Client consultant. All of them are doing the same job that is calling to the insurance companies. Usually, they're AR Caller but the company has given a different name to control the attrition. 5. No productive work for Training team, they caught multiple times watching movies on their mobile in the Training room. But no action has been taken as they're close to the Manager. 6. Management trainee's are pathetic, they doesn't have process knowledge and update, always considering themselves as a lead. 7. Do not join for a SME position as there is no scope in the company. An email was sent by the chief delivery officer to the VP stating SME should do 100% production. SME's after completing 1 year switching to the other company as Quality Analyst. 8. Sr Client Partner always remains in the same position for a long time until they move to the other vendor based companies. SME always advise not to apply SME position I.e. Client Specialist as it's just a designation which has no value as one need to do only production as AR Caller. 9. Client Specialist or SME need to wait for 18 months to become Sr Client Specialist and then only can eligible to apply for Management trainee role. 10. Employees who do nothing or knows nothing are management trainee and mostly found in cafeteria. They're very slow and laziest people, most of them are obese. 11. There are no corporate HR on the floor, one need to resolve their queries only with the unqualified ER. They do nothing only listen to the associates problems and will never ever reach out to them with the solution. They usually involves in conducting bogus fun activities and making noise. They are also a big fan of Tamil Actor Vijay as they always plays Leo's movie teaser on all fun activities, townhall meeting.. 12. There's no corporate culture, employees from good and reputed organization feel as working in a fish market. Associates are indiscipline and uncultured. 13. Employees are divided into two one with blue Tag and other with yellow tag (Band 2 and above). The yellow tag people are usually Management trainees, Team leaders and above, always afraid to do production. 14. Pick up and drop services are worst. Transport teams are not communicating with the cab drivers.

For overall salary its good to startup.

Dislikes

For work with experience is not good daily headache and Quality team torture with marking silly errors for which have to face issue in incentive. They only sharing incentive plan but not every employee earning incentive every month and have to struggle for claims on daily basis. As per company policy tell Speak out but when agent speak out their manager make agent keep mouth shutt.

Nothing to like...worst company ever I saw.. company focusing on revenue only..not on employee.

... experience and fresher both same target but salary is different.. if u not met target, compelling to extend and work and go by self service only...if u not extend the shift they Mark it as full day LOP....they promised to pay take home 21,000rs....but they provided only 18,000rs...they not responding employees query...

... Breaks timings are captured, if break is exceeded even a single minute, employees salary is deducted for half day. System will automatically get locked if you do not shake the computer mouse even 8 seconds, they expect you to work without turning around, no streching l, no talking with friends. Employees are paid very less in this organization as low as 24,000 per month after PF deductions. they have spoiled hundreds of employees by terminating them even if they make simple error, one of my friend terminated because 1 digit number was wrong when he was send fax and he was not given any proper relieving, no resignation, no relieving letter and no salary and settlement. I know many employees were terminated and they cannot join next company without proper relieving letter they are destroying someone career without thinking for employees career, family, children and elderly people those depend on them. Job security is zero, any body can get terminated at any time due to error, mistakes and even if TL or management do not like any body, they frame you and ensure you were terminated without proper reason. Few of the employees were filed legal complaint with labour law office and cases are going on at this moment. Because of this poor management, partiality, politics and employees they lost a lot of huge projects, client took back their projects and have to their competitors in India.

Job security, salary on time, appraisal is to good compering to other medical billing company, but people feel like access Healthcare is pressure on work, they give salary best in industry so we need to work for salary, and it's simple based on TL and managers, not blame for entire access Healthcare, I work for almost 7 years I joined as fresher and relieved as TL. If perform they ready to give opportunity, but your performance will be 100% data oriented, and mail reordered only, Thank you.
