In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Someone who required urgent job by some economical problem can join. Some admin Support is Good Like Pavitra Madam

... Have not experience Letter. I followed to many time but not response by HR. By mistake company cut my salary for 10 days. My tried to recover my salary , no any help given by TL Kunal. Then I left hope that I will receive my deducted Salary. One day I went in Acma office and tell this about deducted salary to Pavitra Madam. She solved in 5 minutes and i received my deducted salary.
