Lot's of Learning and Fascinating Stuff

Promotion Criteria, Less Salary Package but yes they do have good incentive structure. Targets are very high and managers are all home grown and I don't feel if they respect your past experiences. You will feel secured at this job but trust me they never trust any employees and that's the worst part. Beginning from entry to exit they will doubt you in every step.

1.0 for Salary and Benefits

Nothing, better organisations are out there, don't fall for this trap.

The organization exhibits a propensity for inducing attrition before the completion of the employment bond period through the application of mental and physical duress, thereby compelling employees to forfeit a substantial sum in compensation. Candidates are required to personally finance their background checks and medical examinations, an aspect that significantly detracts from the organization's appeal. Rather than fostering a deliberate approach to employee training and upskilling, the company subjects its personnel to an arduous work schedule of 15+ hours per day, including weekends, effectively impeding their ability to enhance their skill sets and rendering resignation an intricate process. The paltry remuneration offered by the company is disproportionately allocated towards medical expenses, leaving employees with a meager net income. During quarterly performance evaluations, the company provides a mere 5% increment, justifying this modest raise by attributing the company's dire financial situation. Regrettably, the HR department exhibits favoritism towards managers, displaying reluctance in addressing pertinent issues. Moreover, employees who attain their targets are subjected to persistent pressure to perform at an even higher level without commensurate compensation. The organization incessantly boasts about being a "Great Place To Work" accredited by SIAA. Inadequate consideration is given to employees' basic needs, as evidenced by the lack of sufficient time allocated for lunch and restroom breaks. The organization's management style reflects a pronounced lack of trust in its workforce, as it engages in micromanagement, intruding on every aspect of employees' tasks. The canteen services are bereft of subsidies, mandating employees to bear the full cost of their meals. This situation is notably inferior to even the conditions in military establishments. For those seeking alternative opportunities, companies like Magnit, Mindlance, and Accenture offer more favorable prospects for freshers, serving as viable alternatives to avoid falling into the aforementioned organization's snares.
