    Worlds class corporate infrastructure . Latest tools for procurement activity. Due to diversity in business verticals Opportunity to work in different filed and higher exposure. Corporate policy in benefit of Employee , world class. Training and skill development.

    No proper work distribution among the team. Work life balance is poor . Salary structure is not same for all . Unnecessary work pressure.

Keeping an eye on site activities will translate to stability and efficiency in plant operations. At least focusing on safety and have policies for the same, but need to improve ground reality. Scorecard system implemented for initiating a competition among plants to improve their way of O&M. If you perform well, your job is stable in the organization. Implemented KRA & KPI system for performance appraisal.

    ... Site Leaders are Focused on cost cutting, but not Focused on employees benefits that much. KRA & KPI system need more improvement to have real outcome.

    Salary on time,Good HR policies,Good facilities except food, Good working staff

    Dislikes

    Work life is not balance here, No fixed duty time, at pick time of project your job became 24x7 and face high pressure from management. For GET/DETs low compensation given. If you want growth you must focus and spend time on making fake relationship with your boss. It's very hard for truth speakers and hard workers to get financial growth.

    ... Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

    Dislikes

    There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

    Ambition and Vision of overall Group are at par excellence. Diversified portfolio of group in various business allows us opportunity to switch to new job profile. Working Ambience, Cafeteria etc are really attractive and cool to work.

    Dislikes

    Initial Salary is decent but career growth is very slow as increments are in range of 6-8% only..! Management hierarchy is also long. Proper Induction is not provided and there is always scarcity of staff as compared to work load plus 6 days working is major setback..:-(
