Job security is terrible , every year after appraisal system whole site management gets suffle . Experiment with organisation structure every month. Reporting managers gets changed very frequently Site head at khavda site abuses everyone verbally.

Work life is not balance here, No fixed duty time, at pick time of project your job became 24x7 and face high pressure from management. For GET/DETs low compensation given. If you want growth you must focus and spend time on making fake relationship with your boss. It's very hard for truth speakers and hard workers to get financial growth.

Job is very much uncertain/fragile. No secured job. Anybody can be fired at any time without any valid reason, how big or small he may be. Job is secured only if someone has connection on the top management. Very uncertain business model.

...still gives promotions like peanuts & chickpeas. Standard increment is just 7 %. The increment amount will be given as Variable pay which will be cut as per performance ratting. Overall got only 5 % rather than 7 %. Even FY25-26 year increase will be more 2 % will lesser.
