Been working here as a software engineer lead at Tech Hub office Gurgaon, India. Work culture, benefits, salary and quality of work is very good. Want to mention about 3 benefits specifically, it's medial and phone reimbursement and employee discounts. Rs 75 thousand of extra amount (taxable) is provided to all employees against medical bills (family) reimbursements every year. Rs 12000 worth of phone/interest reimbursement every year. Note: this is not the usual flexi benefit where first the amount is deducted from your salary and then reimbursed later. This is over and above CTC. Employee get 50% worth of discount coupons to buy Adidas stuffs from online/offline/franchise stores every year - max discount in a year Rs 3 Lac (non-taxable). All these 3 benefits are over and above one's CTC. As per the latest policy employees are required to come to office at least 8 times in a month. Employees are free to choose their own 8 days . While 8 days in a month WFO is a policy but management is pretty chill about coming to office even less no of days under certain conditions. Subsidized company cab provided.
