    Well it all depends on site management, Basically Ahluwalia is good company but poor site management makes it bad by unhealthy work timmings but job security is there..but if run through good site management.

    Salary packages and benefits must be satisfactory to compensate for the staff time and efforts Mostly deploy less staff and work timmings is also issue.

    Pathetic environment..no system in HR and salary always comes late without any intimation

    Very Good company, it is one of the best growing company.It is very best company if you are Main staff.

    ... 12 hrs duty, no work no pay rule and even you have to work on Sunday if I are not main staff.

    as per company standard salary is less . And they don't transfer there employees if they urgently need because of that I have left the job and came to delhi i have ask HOD for transfer but he denied.

    ... Appraisal arey fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

    Dislikes

    There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
