    ...i had 4 working days only with 12 hr duty, remaining days are off duty, according to my salary is too good for my work period.at last leave policy was amazing.

    The cab facility is very much convenient, staff can save one side expense.

    ... And if want to resign instant, no clearance would be given and have to pay three months amount to the company. 😒😕

    One of the best thing is almost no1 handling in all format, specially in cargo without its own warehouse if we have our warehouse we can reach at the next level..

    Dislikes

    No particular thing but only one thing is Diwali bonus which have to be more compare to old ones and also they re start the allowance like night allowance and holi and Diwali meal and travel allowance.in international cargo they don't continue in night shift with two weekly off which is mandatory after order from DGCA i think,but they change the roaster with one week off anytime in international cargo not in domestic..

    I like everything about the company.The management the team and the Clients with which I was working as Etihad, Singapore Airlines and Vistara. Due to personal reasons with heavy heart had to left the organisation. Still waiting destiny give again a chance to work with my best organisation and my dream job.
