... Besides great compensation, there is nothing great about the job role I worked with. I saw politics played at a new level at this company. Only people who do the management's bidding are favoured and appraised and retained. They brag about their ethics and compliance, but when you complain, the E&C team will make a case against you instead. My experience here was terrible and would never join back no matter how much compensation they are ready to offer. Didn't expect this from a brand like Airbus. The foreign counterpart is aware of the mishappenings, but are turning a blind eye to this for the benefit of cost that they get out of Indian cheap labor. If money is all you are looking for in life, by all means go ahead but be ready for other exploitation.Read More
