Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Work environment is average less supportive management is infiltrated with politics and they make it personal no perks not a place where an employee is appreciated management has way too many loopholes so basically a firm which runs on “jugad” and moreover you are expected to perform the best and get less paid in return

Well all I gained was experience and nothing else and I feel good that my one year didn’t go in vain I don’t know about other firms but this isn’t the firm where one can make there career so I would hardly suggest or refer someone
