I recently joined AKS Websoft as an Trainee HR Executive, and it's been a great experience so far. As a fresher, I'm really grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow in such a supportive environment. The work environment is positive and encourages continuous learning. I'm getting hands- on experience and gaining valuable insights into HR practices, which is helping me bulild a strong foundation for my career. The salary is fair for fresher- level position, and I believe the real value lies in the learning and exposure I'm getting here. Our experience with AKS Websoft Company was highly disappointing. Communication was terrible, with frequent unresponsiveness and excuses. The final product was far below our expectations, requiring us to seek help elsewhere. I strongly advise against using their services.

Toxic work culture 10 min in between work break with horrible software that makes 6-10 min break to 10 min and 11th min break to 20 min. Awful. High restrictions The employer would sign for 9-6 job. Another sign for 9-7 job and will make you feel bad for leaving your desk at 7:10 pm. Got Anxiety And idk about males but FEMALES PLEASE DON'T JOIN. ITS NOT FOR YOU. BELIEVE ME

Very unprofessional behaviour, firstly they shortlisted my profile in naukri and when ask for the further update they are replying back also. They are even not sharing the company details and jd

I went for an interview Few days back . They asked personal questions which made me really uncomfortable but instead of apologizing the interviewer started justifying himself. I wouldn't recommend anyone to even consider working in place like this.
