On paper Policies are good but when employees want to follow senior management has lots of issue with it. There is no Job Security and if you spend some years and your Salary comes to a good level because of yearly increment they start creating problems with different kind of harassment like fault finding, transfer etc so that that senior employee leave and they find somebody new at less salary & who will follow their instructions as it is without caring Policies which is formed to show outside world because they are taking donation to run the programme. 1. Packed with Non professionals, even they hire professionals and put them under non professional managers who just want you to work as they expect. No value to your ideas and your experience. 2. They will deduct you variable by 20-50% and even they dont discuss with you or HR is least bothered to have an assessment format in place. 3. Manager and seniors management is bias. 4. Nill professional growth, you will loose your technical knowledge and you will gain data entry knowledge. 5. Company wants to show devotion culture but people at management level are cunning and cruel minded. They earn lacks and deduct insentive of employees earning in thousands 6. Single digit bonos after hard working for an year. 7. At last when you seperate from the organisation they dont pay your FnF even after 2 months (till date I did receive my FnF it's been 2months now) 8. They are NGO just on documents but everyone try to fill pocket from vendors and executing low quality work. They just waste donors fund in terms of value engineering but in return they pay more 9. Everything is messed up, no one takes ownership and 1 year project will be dragged to 3-4 years. 10. I was hired as manager but i was asked to do Jr. Engineer job and asked to travel for months, when I denied HOD ask to put down papers. 11. Office was in a residential house which is also an ashram, only 1 toilet for more that 20 employees, 12. I was harassed, threatened do this or you will be removed, keep traveling or else leave job. When I say how to manage my family i stay 1800km away from my parents. They say leave your wife at you home town and you alone travel ..... etc. etc..... Lot more to say but i drop, I am happy that I am out of such organisation so called NGO.Read More
