8) Jobs provided to retired persons as consultant and will not terminate/release even they are disable to work.
9) Complaint boxes installed in every plant for employees.
10) Different types of IT portals/tools and its updations from time to time i.e. My akums, Success factors, Lims, CMS, Mantra, SWS, Grievance portal, Gate pass/movement portal, Dak portal, leave applied from mobile, etc.

...4) In covid time, maximum companies given work from home to employees but akums not provided the same and those who were infected and not come in company due to covid, Company not given any type of waived off in salary.
6) During covid, appraisal not done to staff without any reason. Even company business running so good as it is pharmaceutical.
5) In my past years experience in akums, I observed company facilitates/supports AGM and above employees in such a manner as they are king. It results, Some of seniors thinks itself as they are the company owners and start mentally harassed to employees working under them. They always use director sir name to take work from employees and mentally harrassing the people.
6) Some department head's working since long in our company and they like only those employees in the department who are also working since long with them. They don't like newly joined person in their department and created politics and mental harassment with them, that results, professionals people left our organisation. My suggestion, Corporate HR should meet with individual employees once in every six month to know the on going running issues in the department.
7) Very Long time taken by company to do Promotions/appraisals to professional employee s. Resulting, professional staff demotivate and left the organisation.
8) Employee who resigned near diwali, company not provided gift to those employees.
9) Company owner not meet to old employee who has resigned the company. Atleast to meet those who worked for the industry more than 10 years.
10) Company working timings, 10 Hours duty. In some department, Company provided 9 hours duty and in some plant 8.5 hours duty. There is clear cut partiality for employees doing 10 hours duty.

Work days: Monday to Saturday
