In the last five years, I did not feel like writing anything good about this company. Yes, but I will say that only god can save this company.

Dislikes

...n the company. People in the top management are only busy filling their pockets. On the other hand, hard-working and low-salary employees are put under extra load, and pressure is exerted on them to achieve the target. The company is heading toward a huge financial crisis but instead of paying attention to this, they are hiring new people on high salaries and investing in new products, which is making it very difficult to pay the wages to current employees on time.

Work and timing flexibility.

Dislikes

Senior management, HR department and finance department of company are very very bad and pathetic. They don't support the employee. No clarity on policies. No corporate ethics and corporate values. HR department is not at all responsible and don't take ownership of their work responsibilities and employees.

Likes

Working for a charitable organisation which does some serious good work is always a good feeling. Much satisfied with all the work I did there. Will love to work here again in the future if possible.

Dislikes

The timings was something that was a concern sometimes due to really long working hours some days which led to an overload of work. Going over the weekends to finish the long task list isn't much appreciated. Timings was the only thing I disliked.
