Roles are not challenging and its seems we don't improve ourselves over the time in terms of skills sets. Work is not assigned as per skills sets you have and mostly have to follow-up with management to get desired work assigned to you. Indian Management sucks however onshore partners are very supportive and can go beyond their scope of work for your request.Read More

Workplace is good. Company takes care of employees by providing fruits sometimes. Courses are there and you can do LinkedIn courses if you are interested with company access. Cabs are there two ways but not home pickup except it's night shift. Food restaurants are there in company a bit expensive for everyday, good to bring home food if possible. Vending machines are there for snacks and drinks.Read More

Horrible place to work. They may advertise as great place to work. However, you will only biasness to the core of every promotion/band progression. They will not be ashamed to promote people by cheating in the important certifications for the promotions. Also, the management is so horrible that they will only and only promote one specific religion-based people who can't speak two correct sentences of English. You will be shocked to see the diversity in management as they only promote what we call as "Chaploose" to the height that senior managers are reclessly moved out of the Team if not fitting into their personal ego fulfillment. This is the worst decision of my work carrier and make sure if you are not the one who can carry tiffin bags , laptop bags, give door service and out of working hours service to your supervisor then this is not the place for you.Read More

Worse team leaders who wouldn't shy away from taking credits for the hard work their subordinates or juniors put in. Operations and HR departments are the worst, with asst. managers playing the worst sort of games with employees. No feedback is implemented. To top it all, the HRBP and Employee Relations team are in cahoots with the managers in projecting this pseudo "employee centric" image. Worst company to work for.Read More
