Dislikes

Company cares about US employees mostly. I did not get any promotion in last 3 years. If you flatter your boss and other, you will get a promotion and permanently WFH else not. If you don't have a good relationship with your manager, your work will not be appreciated.

1. Flexible Timing. (exceptions*) 2. Normal work load. 3. Good environment. 4. helping people. (there are always few who are not nice) 5. Free lunch friday, due to covid not availing.

...me type of work everyday, open laptop, work, meeting, eat, sleep. again work. 3. Salary is decent, but they gave good bonus on Diwali and Year end. still which is useless for career growth as we are growing out value (net salary). 4. growth is a little slow. 5. Only appraisal is given no increments we have to rate ourself in end of the year. Still a good company to work with, you have to co-operate with few things in every organisation.

It is very flexible to job, work load is normal, and colleagues are also good, environment is great amd there is free lunch on friday and no night shift, a great organisation to start with.

Dislikes

same type of work, opportunity is not that much, growth is also limited, salary is decent, benifits are also decent.

Company takes care of it's employees and since it's in the solar tech industry you don't have to worry about losing your job.

Dislikes

The worst thing about working in my current role is that it's cushy enough that I don't feel the need to actively pursue other jobs but I'm not really learning anything here and if I leave my current role I won't have any valid experience to work anywhere else, along with that I'm barely making any money to survive let alone thrive.

As I am a trainee here but seeing the senior colleagues working here I can say that job security is good . Work culture is excellent here as everyone is ready toh help here . As there are two departments here. Company policies are also good but there increment policies are just fine not that good.

Dislikes

As I am working from home so I can't say that much about any dislike in this company.
